Alior Bank in Poland implemented the service of immediate card tokenization, which allows business and individual customers of the eFX Exchange module to quickly and easily create a virtual equivalent of a plastic debit card and pay cashless by phone or watch in a few minutes after ordering a card.

„The introduction of immediate tokenization of a payment card, which users will be able to use before the plastic card will be delivered, is a response to the changing needs of the market. We strive to ensure that for all matters related to finances, our customers can handle faster, more conveniently, and, above all, safer. We are convinced that the new functionality, complementing the already very comprehensive offer, will meet with great interest of people using the opportunities offered by eFX Exchange module,” – said Tomasz Dośpiał, Director of the Foreign Exchange Platforms Department at Alior Bank.

„The new functionality provides a convenient option of making payments on contactless terminals. Entrepreneurs no longer have to wait for a delivery of a plastic card. They can pay in a few minutes from submitting the card application, regardless of whether they submit it online or at a bank branch. Full card details are available immediately in BusinessPro Online Banking. It is enough to add them to one of the payment services on mobile devices and read the PIN in online banking,” – said Marek Sołtysiak, Managing Director of the Business Customer Products Division at Alior Bank.
