Česká spořitelna allows representatives of medium-sized enterprises to sign agreements through the Bank, which they use personally, without the need to have access to the business`s online banking.
In practice, this means that the customer will be able to sign loan and other banking agreements in the same way as they log in to personal online banking. He/she will not have to use chip USB keys intended for BUSINESS 24, or Česká spořitelna`s online banking. The customer signs the documents in the new Signature Portal, which is accessible from anywhere and from any device. The only condition is that the customer has an agreed Bank identity with the banks that currently provide it.
It can be used to digitally sign documents of both Česká spořitelna and five other banks, whose Bank identity can be used to prove the customer identity.
Česká spořitelna offered the use of Bank identity in pilot operation already in the first quarter. Among the businesses, the innovative solution was successful. From June 06 this option is fully available.
“I used the Bank iD SIGN service when signing an agreement. My experience was unequivocally positive, everything was very simple and fast,” – confirms Albert Vu, CEO of Han Food Restaurants. “Until now, I was used to signing agreements either physically or via online banking. After I got the mail, I had to wait until I was at the computer to sign, I had to have the chip with the code on me. Now I can sign everything anywhere with just a mobile phone, the signature is possible via the application. The whole process is significantly accelerated, paperwork is reduced, and thus it also saves resources.”
Documents can be signed by multiple representatives of different enterprises, which makes it possible to speed up the signing process without the need for a personal meeting of the signatories and thereby significantly shorten the time needed to sign documents.
