Chatbot Raul from Banca Transilvania in Romania is a new and convenient offer for representatives of small businesses with which customers will be able to perform a credit simulation. If the bank`s customers want to apply for lending urgently, they can do it online. To enter into a conversation with Raul you need to open the chat box in the lower right corner and your conversation will start. There you can do a credit simulation, upload all necessary documents and sign the credit documentation electronically (this option is available only for BT customers).
Chatbot Raul will help customers to get information about the lending also through WhatsApp (a contact number: (+40) 757 080 006). Bank`s customers also will learn detailed information about credit value, lending payment amounts, and maturity of the installments.
Who can get lending?
- A company has an economic activity for at least 3 months,
- A company has an annual turnover of up to 1 million lei,
- The field of activity and the form of organization doesn`t matter.
Banca Transilvania offers lending for:
- merchandise and other expenses of customer`s businesses,
- payment of suppliers or other debts,
- new or used machines, equipment, machinery,
- investing in current jobs or opening new ones,
- something else that would help customers get through the crisis.
What documents do the customers need?
Legal documents for setting up the company, or attesting the quality of individual agricultural producer, as well as financial documents: the last monthly balance and the balance for December or the last income statement in the case of non-SRLs.
After passing all the necessary steps, customers have the opportunity to get lending within 3-4 days and repay the money within 7 years.
