Finance, leasing, accounting – all in one place. Credit Agricole Bank and the EFL Group have launched the Business Zone, an online platform for businesses. The website helps to manage customers’ business on a daily basis, as well as apply for financing for necessary fixed assets or additional services.
The Business Zone is developed for sole entrepreneurs. The website is available for existing customers of Credit Agricole Bank. The access is provided via the online banking system, in which customers can check the balance of their business accounts, use loans offered by the bank, and leasing offered by the EFL Group (leasing customers can go to the ClientEFL Portal without additional logging in.), issue an invoice or order additional services provided by Credit Agricole partners, e.g. accounting or medical care packages.
– We listen carefully to our customers. Our goal is to provide solutions for entrepreneurs that will make running their business easier for them, but will also support their future development. This is what the Business Zone is – it allows businesses to save time and reduce costs, and at the same time helps in those more difficult moments, such as choosing a settlement and accounting model or getting financing. In this way, we fulfill our promise of a bank that, by providing real benefits, Bank drives businesses to operate effectively and efficiently – says Damian Ragan, vice president of the management board at Credit Agricole Bank Polska.
The Business Zone is created jointly by the Credit Agricole Bank Polska and the EFL Group. Thanks to this cooperation, customers have access to their leasing contracts at EFL, they can also apply for leasing, including leasing machines and devices, office equipment or software, etc. The car rental offered by the EFL Group with an attractive and fixed monthly installment and including additional services related to their maintenance is another option for entrepreneurs.
Extra benefits
Business Zone users can also use many additional services. These are: accounting for companies (service provided by CashDirector), medical packages (LUX MED), qualified signature (Aseco), and payment terminals (Elavon).
In the free Accounting for Business package, entrepreneurs will independently issue an invoice by the standard of the National eFaktur System (KSeF) and send it electronically by e-mail to the counterparty and accountant. In paid packages, they can add cost documents, automatically calculate taxes, close the month, and fill out transfer forms to ZUS (Social Security payments) and the taxes. In paid packages, they can also use the support of a professional accountant.
The last additional service offered by partners cooperating with the bank and EFL is a qualified electronic signature – a useful tool for signing remote contracts or correspondence with the tax office and ZUS.
– We cordially invite entrepreneurs to get to know the Business Zone better, including those who are not yet our clients. All services needed to run and develop your business are always available in one place. – says Anna Grechowicz-Dorosz, Director of the SME and Agribusiness Development Department at Credit Agricole Bank Polska.
