Digital SME Lending Study Tour Concludes Successfully in Warsaw

Warsaw, June 12, 2026 – The two-day Digital SME Lending Study Tour, held on June 11–12 in Warsaw, has successfully concluded, bringing together banking professionals, SME lenders, fintech experts, and technology providers for a comprehensive exploration of digital transformation in SME lending.

The Study Tour delivered a practical, end‑to‑end perspective on digital SME lending, highlighting real-world implementations from leading Polish banks, fintechs, and solution providers. Participants gained in-depth insights into how financial institutions are redesigning SME lending journeys through advanced data management, customer-centric design, and evolving risk frameworks.

A key highlight of the program was a dedicated day focused on AI-driven innovation, with particular emphasis on the role of AI agents in SME lending.
