DSK Bank in Bulgaria offers a completely online process for registering a new business customer with the opening of a payment account in BGN and active access to DSK Direct. With the introduction of the service, which is unparalleled in the Bulgarian banking market, DSK Bank meets the needs of users for fast and simplified digital banking processes that improve their customer experience.

The new process is fast and simplified and is carried out in a few easy steps for the customer without visiting a Bank office, without paper documentation, ensuring secure protection during data processing. The registration time is only twenty minutes, and all the customer need is an ID and a camera device.

“The process is revolutionary both for DSK Bank and for the banking sector in Bulgaria. The service is part of our Bank’s overall digital strategy, with a focus on Small Business customers, who are most in need of this type of facilitated banking service. The process follows the best global examples and is completely competitive with what fintech companies offer,” – says Kamen Kirilov, Director of the Small Business Department at DSK Bank.

The main five steps that every applicant goes through are:

    1. The entering customer data.
    2. The confirmation of customer data.
    3. Obtaining an e-identification.
    4. The provision of additional business data.
    5. The signing of documents with QES.

Currently, the service is in its first version, and the registration can be made by companies registered in Bulgaria, with a legal representative who has the independent rights to represent and who also matches at least one of the actual owners.

Additional information about the process can be found here.
