Agnieszka has over 20 years of experience in SME and corporate banking gathered from perspective of different positions: bank specialist supporting international payments and a head of trade finance operations department, business analyst, pre-sales consultant and product manager of corporate banking platform in one of biggest Polish IT companies. That experience is reflected in a broad knowledge of different aspects: business processes between banks and companies, awareness of technology limitations and experience in production process. Her goal is to empower banks’ digital transformation and upgrade their outdated portals and banking apps to modern, digitally advanced and easy to use solutions, resulting in higher sales conversions and improved clients’ reliance.
Krzysztof works as a Business and Product Development Manager at Ailleron. While gathering 18 years of experience, he took part in more than 20 successful deployment projects of corporate banking platforms in many countries. He worked in the biggest Polish IT companies in various positions, such as: business analyst, project manager, pre-sales consultant, head of pre-sales department and product manager. With both business and technical knowledge, he creates strategy of Ailleron’s product development and advises banks how to optimize their business processes and how to digitize their digital platforms to stay ahead of the competition.
