“Good Voice for Companies” is an initiative launched by ING Bank Śląski in Poland in 2018, where famous artists encourage customers to write positive opinions and recommendations about products and services when they buy online to support polish entrepreneurs.
LET’S SPREAD A GOOD WORD
Business owners had to face new challenges, and many of them have transferred their businesses to the Internet. Consumers appreciated this step and started buying more and more online. E-commerce sales in Poland increased by 26% compared to 2019, and it is one of the fastest-growing markets in Europe as the double-digit growth rate is forecast to be maintained over the next three years (data from the research company PMR, 2020).
“Running an online business is an opportunity but also a huge challenge. We should not forget about the opinions that consumers follow, especially when they buy online. As many as 48% of online buyers assess the credibility of a given store based on opinions about it. At ING Bank, we know how important this is, and therefore, as part of the “Good Voice for Business” campaign, we have been encouraging Poles to give good opinions and recommend their favorite companies”, – said Barbara Pasterczyk, CMO at ING Bank Śląski.
“I recommend, I love it, Thank you – these are small words that sometimes mean a lot, and nowadays they mean a lot. Our good opinions and recommendations make the best advertisement for entrepreneurs. Let’s spread a good word”, – added the famous polish singer, Katarzyna Nosowska – a star of the campaign.

CONVENIENT ONLINE PAYMENTS
Also, ING Bank Śląski supports entrepreneurs with new solutions that help in “rebuilding” Polish entrepreneurship. In addition to those promoted in the latest campaign, i.e., loans without fees and accounting support for 0 PLN for 6 months, the bank also added an online store and „imoje” (a payment gate for online stores in Poland provided by a bank. ING Bank Śląski is responsible for their efficient operation, and the security is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate).
“At ING, we support entrepreneurs who want to develop their businesses online. We offer the “imoje” payment gate for 0 PLN for 3 months, and for entrepreneurs who are planning to run their online store we offer free use of our partner’s platform for 3 months. We also notice new entrepreneurs ` that do not need an online store but want to accept online payments from their customers (e.g., provide online services or orders). They can use a convenient payment link solution. Our payments can be easily adapted to the needs of various businesses. In 2020, 1 500 new businesses used “imoje” payments” – said Bartosz Traczyk, CEO at ING Services for Business.
The Bank offers all kinds of payment methods for their customers: BLIK, payment cards, instant transfers, and a “buy now, pay later” solution thanks to which e-shop customers can pay up to 21 days after purchase.
