ING Bank Poland is expanding its offer for individuals starting their own businesses, focusing on remote support and digital solutions.

The bank provides:
✅ Online Accountant – a free consultation before setting up a business, assistance in selecting PKD codes and tax forms, and step-by-step guidance through the registration process. Everything is done remotely via video or phone, without the need to visit offices. Clients can also choose to continue working with the same accountant in the future.
✅ Business Expert Online – an advisor helps open a business account and suggests which services to activate from day one. Meetings can be scheduled on ING’s website, with the option to choose the date, time, and format (video or phone).
✅ Financial Bonus – PLN 1,800 under the promotion “An Easier First Year. Edition 2.0” – up to PLN 150 per month, including:
- PLN 75 for paying Social Security payments from ING account;
- up to PLN 75 (10% cashback) for card payments (VISA or Mastercard).
Additionally, ING engages clients through interactive tools, such as the “Check Your Entrepreneurial Potential” quiz, which has already been completed by over 10,000 people.
Why does this matter?
According to ING, the number of entrepreneurs served by the bank continues to grow. At the end of Q2 2025, ING Bank Śląski served 584,500 business customers.
These initiatives show that banks are increasingly investing in digital support for microbusinesses and start-ups, combining advisory services with simple online tools.
