ING Accounting has started cooperation with Shoper, the most frequently chosen provider of subscription e-commerce services in Poland. Entrepreneurs selling products or services online will gain a tool to automate the invoicing process.
Implemented in February this year, integration is an important element in serving customers using the e-commerce sector, which is dynamically developing in the Polish market. Shoper, as the most popular platform in this industry, enables quick and easy configuration of an e-store. It allows you to create not only a visually attractive but also an easy-to-use and functional online store. Additionally, Shoper supports sales development thanks to several additional solutions, including advertising campaigns, business financing, or additions to e-shops.
Combining the Shoper store with the ING Accounting tool is a perfect solution for entrepreneurs selling products and services online. Integration is available both to customers who already use e-invoicing in the ING Accounting platform, as well as to other customers of the Shoper platform.
The main goal of cooperation between both platforms is to make it easier for sellers to automate the issuance of invoices and send them to buyers. This will make settlements easier to handle.
After paying for the order in the online store operating on the Shoper platform, the data is automatically transferred to the ING Accounting application. The system then issues and sends an invoice to the e-mail address of the person making the purchase. This improvement eliminates the need to manually handle the process.
The implementation also makes it possible to link the e-invoicing service with the warehouse. After the order is completed, the stock is automatically updated. This makes running an online store much easier and saves time.
The integration is extremely easy to use and activation takes just a few minutes. Just log in to the administration panel of the Shoper store, search for the ING Accounting application in the “Add-ons and integrations” tab, and then configure integration with ING Accounting according to the instructions. After creating an account and logging in, you can personalize the service.
