ING business customers in Poland now have access to plastic-free cards, which are digital versions of traditional payment cards, eliminating the need for a physical card. These digital cards can be used immediately after completing the application process in online banking.
Plastic-free cards offer the same functionalities as traditional cards. They can be used for contactless payments with a smartphone or watch, as well as for online purchases. These cards can be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay for seamless contactless payments. If the company has not yet enabled Apple Pay/Google Pay, it can do so via the ING Business application.
Digital cards can be ordered through electronic banking for the following:
Customers using Moje ING online banking:
- Cards for PLN accounts
Customers using ING Business online banking:
- Cards for PLN and EUR accounts
- Credit cards
- Business prepaid cards in PLN
The plastic-free card functions like any traditional card, allowing for online payments, in-store transactions, and withdrawals from contactless ATMs. Customers can view card details, such as the number, expiry date, and CVV2, in Moje ING and ING Business.
