In this camp, we explore the range of financial lending products offered through digital channels. We assess the evolving framework of customer demands and regulations. This creates opportunities for established financial institutions to offer unique financial services based on experience and long-term client relationships. This requires a structured approach to digital financial services. It goes beyond the collaboration with individual vendors. It requires an agile work environment, flexible technology, and the agility to co-develop products and services with partners. In this program, we learn about the concepts of digital platforms and business ecosystems. We get to know the technologies, such as low-code platforms, microservices, and APIs which are the key ingredients for successful digital lending.
We will then engage in the necessary steps of strategizing, planning, and executing an approach to digital lending approaches. This will cover a number of products from trade finance, factoring, capex financing, mortgage loans, and more. We will go through the challenges and pitfalls. Participants will be exposed to a low-code platform for financial services and can conduct their own first steps of configuring a product.
Finally, you will develop and defend a roadmap for the implementation of digital SME lending.
