Monevia – a factoring fintech in Poland – has implemented identity verification using the eDO App. Fintech focuses on the latest technologies.
Since September this year, Monevia customers can remotely confirm their identity using the free eDO App. This solution is dedicated to owners of smartphones and ID cards with an electronic layer (so-called e-cards)
In the difficult times of the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for improvements that fit in with the new reality, such as electronic documentation, online identity verification, or the possibility of using an e-signature, is growing. Integration with the eDO App responds to the needs of customers and fits into Monevia’s strategy, which assumes the availability of the company’s products completely online, from anywhere and at any time, without unnecessary formalities.
What is the eDO App?
eDO App is a free application developed by the Polish Security Printing Works. With its help, it is possible to make remote confirmation of identity, which allows to handle official matters, as well as use the services completely online. To use the application, it is necessary to have an e-ID with an active electronic layer and a smartphone with an NFC module.
