From now on, business customers can use multi-person access to the iPKO service by PKO Bank Polski. The new function enables joint management of the company’s finances by several authorized persons, by the method of representation established by the company. PKO Bank Polski systematically introduces new solutions that make it easier for customers to do business.

“Our goal is to develop products and tools that are useful to our business customers and support them in managing their finances. That is why we are making a new function in the iPKO service available to all business customers, which previously could only be used by large enterprises with multi-person representation in iPKO business. I am convinced that thanks to the introduced solution, SMEs will have greater comfort and security in using our transaction service,” – says RadosÅ‚aw Hutnik, Director of the Corporate and Enterprise Banking Transformation Division at PKO Bank Polski.

Thanks to multi-person access, representatives can jointly manage the company’s finances, add new representatives online, submit applications and sign product agreements, select people who will order and accept company transfers, and set payment limits. Company representatives who add new users to the multi-person access function can decide what scope of permissions a given representative needs. Basic permissions enable viewing the accounts indicated by representatives and their details but without the ability to enter transfer orders. Customers can enter transfers at the next authorization level, but they must be accepted by users with appropriate authorizations. At an even higher level, they can enter and accept transfers (including transfers from other users).

The Bank plans to expand the list of services using multi-person access by submitting an application and signing an agreement for products and services completely online.

SMEs can use the iPKO service to use many functions useful in managing company finances, such as transfers, debit and credit cards, loans and advances, or viewing accounts in other banks. They also have access to additional services such as e-accounting and invoice financing; ordering POS, using FX Exchange through the iPKO dealer service, or downloading MT940 reports.
