ČSOB Group in the Czech Republic has adjusted the range of accounts for companies and entrepreneurs. It meets the needs and priorities of users even more and responds to the digitization trend. ČSOB offered its SME customers to open their accounts fully online, which increased the demand for legal entities by roughly a tenth.

“With the new types of accounts for companies and entrepreneurs and the services associated with them, I firmly believe that we cover the needs of all customers. From those who only want to operate digitally, to the most demanding, who require an individual personal approach in addition to a great digital experience. We always try to offer our customers a way to solve as many situations as possible simply and conveniently online and thus save their time and money. For everyone, we continue to have a network of specialized ČSOB branches with professional SME bankers, or female bankers, whom customers greatly appreciate,” – says Pavel Prokop, Executive Director of ČSOB SME Banking.

Specialized electronic banking, either online ČSOB CEB or ČSOB CEB Mobile, is a matter of course for companies and entrepreneurs. It also includes a Virtual Branch, which mediates secure communication with the Bank, including fully electronic negotiation of products and signing the agreements.

The online creation of a company account for legal entities, which ČSOB was the first to come up with this January, can be done in five minutes. All the customer needs to make an appointment is an ID card, another personal document, and a Bank account.

Customers who prefer digital contact with the Bank have a free Company account. They are charged a small fee only in cases where they come to the branch in person with a request that can be made online via online banking. For demanding customers, there is an Extra Business account, which can be customized individually.

Since April this year, ČSOB’s SME customers have been served by a network of specialized branches with a comprehensive range of service and business services. There are 88 branches available for customers with experienced SME bankers to handle all requirements.
