Opening the Business Account is easier now at Credit Agricole in Poland. It is enough to download the CA24 Mobile application, and thanks to it, customers can open the account in 15 minutes. There is no need to visit a Bank branch or sign paper documents. A bonus of up to PLN 2,400 (approx. EUR 530) awaits new customers.
So far, remote opening of the Business Account at Credit Agricole required installing a separate application, intended only for this purpose. Now the account can be opened directly in the CA24 Mobile application, which is used for everyday business and private finance management. Moreover, all banking operations can be performed in it.
The new opportunity is available for sole entrepreneurs and individual farmers. The whole process is intuitive and fast, and the formalities are kept to a minimum. The Bank uses the data of the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) and the Central Statistical Office (GUS) (a customer must ensure that these data are up-to-date – if it is not up-to-date, it will not be possible to open the account). A business that already exists should have the status “active”. Businesses registered in a form other than sole entrepreneurship can provide their basic data in the application and the Bank representative will call to make an appointment to complete the process at the branch.
To set up the new account, the customer must provide basic data (name, surname, Personal Identification Number (PESEL), ID card number and series, telephone number, e-mail address, Tax Identification Number (NIP), and Business Identification Number (REGON). In the next step, he/she needs to scan an ID card and take a selfie. After confirming the identity and completing the necessary data, the account agreement will be automatically generated and sent to the indicated e-mail address. The customer approves it using the PIN code that he/she will receive on the phone. When setting up the account, the customer can also order devices for accepting contactless payments: a classic POS or a payment terminal in a mobile phone (SoftPOS).
“In business, as you know, time is money. Opening the Business Account via our basic CA24 Mobile application simplifies and speeds up the whole process. Customers can immediately actively use such an account and perform all transactions. They can also set up a deposit or apply for a loan – all remotely, without having to visit the branch,” – emphasizes Damian Ragan, Vice President of the Management Board at Credit Agricole.
The new CA24 Mobile application offers a unique customer experience. It has an unprecedented user interface on the Polish market and many unique features. Users who run a business can easily switch the view between the personal and the Business Account with one button. Contact with an advisor is also made easier: to connect to the hotline, the customer should click one button; the customer can also ask a question in the chat. The user in the application is assisted by an avatar Dito. All content in the application is written in a simple, friendly language that respects everyone.
The biggest distinguishing feature of the application is the Benefits Club, where you can take advantage of special offers from top Polish and global brands. The user of the application sees them immediately on the main screen in a unique solution called the “river of benefits”. Discounts on purchases and services are available in nearly 10,000 places all over Poland.
“For years, we have been emphasizing the role of people and technology in our Bank. Our app proves it. We have prepared it using innovative technology while ensuring that customers have easy and quick access to talk to an advisor,” – says Philippe Enjalbal, Vice President of the Management Board at Credit Agricole.
All those who set up the Business Account with Credit Agricole by June 30 with a payment card and access to CA24 eBank or CA24 Mobile services can get up to PLN 2,400 (approx. EUR 530) in bonus. As part of the promotion, the Bank proposes maintaining a current account and Elixir transfers for a year without fee.
