Thanks to the cooperation between PKO Bank Polski and Comarch, companies that use the Comarch ERP Optima service can order transfers directly in the system, without the need to log in to the iPKO business service. This is possible thanks to full system integration. As a result, any company that uses both of these two programs can significantly simplify financial and accounting activities.
The operations that the company can perform include ordering transfers (including SPP), transfers to the Social Security Office (ZUS), taxes, and foreign transfers, downloading transaction history, and checking account balances. In the provided solution, customers can choose from two methods of authenticating and signing orders: a certificate issued by the Bank or a qualified signature.

We integrate the Bank with companies’ most popular financial and accounting systems. Thanks to cooperation with our partner – Comarch – we have made such a solution available to customers using iPKO business and working in Comarch ERP Optima. Together with Comarch, we plan integration with their next systems,” – says Mariusz Dąbrowski, Director of the Transactional Products Department at PKO Bank Polski.

The Comarch ERP Optima system is available in a stationary and a service model (in the cloud), thanks to which users can comprehensively manage company processes online. The software is constantly updated following changes in regulations.
The exchange of messages between the Bank and the ERP system is encrypted and takes place via web services. The technology is proven, safe and has been operating successfully for many years.
It can be activated in the iPKO business service.
