Raiffeisen Bank in Romania launched a new communication and interaction platform with SMEs and its Premium Individuals – RaiConnect customers in the pilot phase. The application provides a remote audio-video connection between customers and dedicated bankers. The launch of the platform is an important step towards a business model focused on remote advice to customers, fast and easy.
Currently, several hundred customers benefit from personal banking through this new platform, and the Bank collects opinions in real-time, to improve its functionalities.
“I am glad that we managed to implement this new model of communication with customers, through RaiConnect. In the first phase, we have a team of 9 bankers dedicated to SME customers and 10 bankers dedicated to Premium customers, enthusiastic and experienced colleagues from all regions of the country who contact customers and familiarize them with this remote consulting service, to bring the bank closer to them and their needs. The beginning is promising and we are receptive to all the opinions we receive, both from colleagues and from clients, to integrate them and make RaiConnect the preferred communication channel of our clients.” said Vladimir Kalinov, vice president of Retail at Raiffeisen Bank.
The RaiConnect platform helps customers manage their financial situation and portfolio of banking products and services more easily and quickly.
