Last week Raiffeisen banka Beograd launched a new version of the mobile application My mBank BUSINESS, which is available to all legal entities and entrepreneurs.
The most significant novelty in this version is the integration of the mobile application with the Electronic Invoicing System (SEF). Thus, Raiffeisen banka Beograd became the first bank in the Serbian market to offer these innovative functionalities to its business customers. The Electronic Invoice System (SEF) is a solution of the Ministry of Finance of the Serbian Republic – a mandatory e-invoicing system, through which receivables are sent, received, recorded, and stored in electronic structured format. The Law on Electronic Invoicing prescribes the obligation to use electronic invoices for all legal entities in the VAT system. This obligation covers the use of the Safe Deposit Box for both customers and suppliers. The SEF is intended for all public sector entities, private sector entities, as well as voluntary users.
By connecting to SEF, business customers can view invoices with the current status, download invoices, and supporting documentation, change invoice statuses within our applications, which are then forwarded to SEF, and pay approved incoming invoices without manually filling in payment order elements. The main benefits for the customers are the acceleration of the payment process of invoices that exist in the SEF, without manually filling in the order elements, and the ability to view and update the status of invoices, without the need for the client to log in to the portal. Also, it’s a good source for further embedded invoice finance.
