Over two years ago, Santander Bank Polska provided entrepreneurs with an online accounting service integrated into an Online banking system for SME customers called „Mini Firma” („Mini Company”). The service is assigned to sole entrepreneurs, which can use e-invoicing and accounting software for free. Invoices can be issued online, saved to PDF format, and sent to counterparties by e-mail or via inFakt mobile application.
25 000 ENTREPRENEURS HAVE ALREADY USED THE SERVICE
Entrepreneurs can use invoice templates that can be found on the platform called eKsięgowość (eAccounting). Moreover, accounting and technical support are available on a hotline from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 to 22:00. In self-accounting package, there is also a possibility to generate and send all tax declarations, edit costs and generate the book of revenues and expenses as well as control payment dates. So far, over 25,000 entrepreneurs have satisfyingly used the service.

HOW TO START
If the entrepreneur has the access to Mini Firma Online Banking, there is no need to log in additionally to the InFakt application. Customers have to log in to Online banking, select the „Services” section and click on eAccounting service to activate.
To launch e-accounting in the mobile application the entrepreneur needs to download the dedicated application called inFakt (available in the AppStore and Google Play stores) and activate the mobile account in Online banking. The application gives the possibility to issue and send an invoice by e-mail. The income invoice will be automatically booked in the accounting system.
