Watch the presentation of Asseco and SME Banking Club joint Study called Artificial intelligence in financial institutions. Next-Generation Intelligence Platform for SME financial sector, that summarizes the current state of preparation of the European market for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence technologies in financial institutions. It is based on a survey, which we conducted with the representatives of banks, factoring, and leasing companies serving small and medium-sized enterprises throughout Europe. We asked them about their biggest challenge in 2021, what is the purpose of analyzing the customer’s lifecycle and whether they already use solutions based on AI, and what are the plans for their development. The obtained data published in the Study indicate the direction and pace of development in this area for the coming years.
