On November 25, during the CEE SME Banking Awards 2021 Ceremony, SME Banking Club awarded the best digital financial solutions for SMEs in the following categories:
🥇The Best Online Banking for SMEs in the CEE region – The winner is Raiffeisenbank ÄŒeská republika for the solution Internet Banking
🥇The Best Mobile Banking for SMEs in the CEE region – The winner is ING Bank ÅšlÄ…ski (Poland) for the solution Moje ING.
To choose the winners in these categories we analyzed 90 functionalities available for SME customers in the online banking system/mobile banking apps, which were grouped in the following parameters:

🥇The Best Digital SME Lending solution in the CEE region – The winner is ING Bank ÅšlÄ…ski (Poland)
🥇The Best Digital SME Lending solution among FinTechs in the CEE region – The winner is Lemonero (The Czech Republic) – an online lender for the e-commerce sector.
To choose the winners in these categories we analyzed 20 parameters, describing the possibility to receive business loan purely digitally, among them:

🥇The Best Digital Factoring for SMEs among FinTechs in the CEE region – the winners are Monevia (Poland) and Instant Factoring (Romania).
To choose the winner in these 2 categories we analyzed 17 parameters, describing the possibility to receive factoring purely digitally, and among them:
