Taxes, invoices, and transfers are in one place! Credit Agricole in Poland is launching the Accounting for Business service, which will make life easier for every entrepreneur. The service provider is CashDirector.

Accounting for Business is intended for sole entrepreneurs and individual farmers. This service can also be used by entrepreneurs who do not have a Bank account with Credit Agricole. Just one login is enough and customers can immediately manage their accounts, issue invoices, settle taxes, and control receivables and costs.

“Our ambition is to be a Bank full of benefits, which is why we meet the various needs of our customers. Entrepreneurs always devote a lot of time to developing their businesses, in all necessary roles – from planning, through customer service, to administrative and accounting formalities. We understand this and provide them the Business Zone that will significantly facilitate their work and will also help reduce costs,” says Damian Ragan, Vice President of the Management Board at Credit Agricole.

Independent accounting with automatic support

Entrepreneurs can choose from seven Accounting for Business packages depending on their individual needs and the scale of their businesses.

Those who want to deal with their own tax and accounting matters can issue invoices, calculate liabilities to the Tax Office, post cost documents, or fill out transfer forms. The free package includes issuing invoices on electronic devices always for free and without numerical limits, adapting sales documents, adding a logo or advertising banner, and automatic sending of periodic invoices. In subsequent paid packages, entrepreneurs can use other advanced functions, such as: entering cost documents through the scanning option, planning and controlling budget implementation, or managing the business’s financial liquidity.

The solution is adapted to the requirements of the Polish National System of e-Invoices (KSeF), which will probably be mandatory from next year for entrepreneurs registered as active VAT taxpayers and taxpayers identified in Poland for the special EU OSS procedure, having the Polish Tax Identification Number (NIP).

“We are proud to cooperate with Credit Agricole, which enables us to provide modern financial solutions for entrepreneurs. Our platform not only streamlines invoicing and accounting but also ensures effective debt collection and liquidity control. We believe that synergy with our partner will help entrepreneurs manage their finances conveniently and adapt to the latest regulations. Our goal is to facilitate everyday business operations and improve the quality of financial management of every business,” says Łukasz Bystrzyński, Chief Strategy Officer at CashDirector.

Direct connection between the taxpayer and the accountant

For those who prefer to use the services of a licensed accountant, Credit Agricole has prepared three paid packages. Within their framework, professionals will handle matters related to settlements with the Tax Office and the Social Security Office (ZUS) comprehensively. The entrepreneur’s only obligation will be to issue sales invoices and submit documents at the end of the settlement period. Thanks to the Accounting for Business service, all documents are stored online and are also submitted for accounting in this way. Thanks to this, you will be able to eliminate commuting to the accounting office from your monthly routine. Entrepreneurs can prepare documents conveniently in their own home or office, using a computer or tablet at any time. Each customer will also receive contact details of their accountant.  Accountants are specialists in a given industry, which guarantees knowledge of the customer’s business comprehensive support in the process of setting up a business, and professional accounting assistance at every stage of its development.

Accounting for Business is currently available to new Bank`s customers. For existing customers, the service will be made available gradually over the coming weeks, along with access to the entire ecosystem of new services for entrepreneurs. Soon, on the Business Zone service, they will be able to use further tools to facilitate business development. To enter the service, new customers have to install the CA24 Mobile application and select the “Develop the business” option.
