The imoje provides payment links compliant with the KSeF standard

The imoje payment gateway (by ING Bank Poland), as the first payment operator on the market, has introduced the ability to generate one‑time payment links compliant with the National e‑Invoicing System (KSeF) standard.

The new functionality has been automatically enabled for all imoje merchants, with no need for additional applications or activation steps.

The usefulness of KSeF‑compatible payment links goes far beyond the e‑commerce sector. This solution is suitable for any company that wants to offer its customers a convenient payment method and, as a result, reduce delays and errors in manually entered bank transfers.
On an invoice issued in KSeF, the business can include a certified payment link. The invoice recipient then pays just like in an online store — using BLIK, a payment card, or even deferred payment. All the popular payment methods offered by imoje are available.

Generating a KSeF‑linked payment link

To use this solution, a company must have a business account with ING Bank and sign an agreement for the imoje payment gateway. The merchant receives access to a simple online page (the imoje admin panel) to manage the links.

Each generated link contains the IPKSeF payment identifier, which will also appear in reports and transaction notifications.
Importantly, the process can be fully automated via API if the company decides to include payment links on all invoices issued in KSeF.
