The Start it @ČSOB acceleration program by the ČSOB group in the Czech Republic selected ten new participants for the next wave of acceleration. As part of the so-called Pitch Day, the jurors proposed, for example, startups that deal with digital inventory tracking, employment for parents during parental leave, or emotion analysis.
“In this year’s wave, we were pleased by the unprecedented interest of startups, we received applications from a record number of 85 interested parties. We have selected startups that bring better solutions for customers even in unexpected areas and are also looking for a way to operate sustainably and profitably. We are happy that the quality of those interested in participating in the accelerator is constantly increasing, we look forward to working with the top ten,” – says Zuzana Paulovics, Leader of Start it @ČSOB.
Selected startup projects can use the facilities for work directly at ČSOB headquarters for five months, and the Bank will provide them, among other things, with tailor-made mentoring. In addition to Zuzana Paulovics, Michaela Bauer, Member of the ČSOB Board of Directors Responsible for Innovations, Michal Bláha, Mentor of the Project, and Vojtěch Roček from the investment company Presto Ventures sat in the evaluation jury.
