BNP Paribas Bank in Poland is presenting the unification of online and mobile banking systems for business customers (micro-entrepreneurs and farmers).
On June 24-25, 2023, the GOonline Business service for micro-entrepreneurs and farmers will be transferred to GOonline online banking. The change applies to the part of business customers contacted by the Bank in GOonline Business on May 30, 2023. The mobile version of banking will also change – GOmobile Business will be replaced with the GOmobile application.
From June 26, 2023, business customers will be able to log in to the GOonline system – the same system used by individual customers. Account numbers remain unchanged. If the customer has an individual account and a business Bank account, he/she will be able to use both by logging in only once – a convenient drop-down list will allow him/her to easily switch between these two profiles.
“Constant technological development is part of our Bank’s DNA. Each change must bring measurable benefits to our customers so that their use of our services is more and more intuitive, fast, and convenient,” – said Maciej Wójcik, Responsible for the Area of Products for Micro-entrepreneurs and Farmers at BNP Paribas Bank.
The unification of systems will also apply to the banking application available on the phone. Now it is enough to use GOmobile to handle individual and business accounts for a business customer. Thanks to this, it will be possible to manage customers’ finances comprehensively from just one application. The GOmobile Business application will stop working – that’s why the Bank asks its customers to uninstall it before June 23. Then they will need to download the GOmobile application from Google Play or App Store and activate it.
